  • What payment methods do you accept?

  • How do I track my order?

    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your order's status on our website or through the courier’s site.

  • What is your return/exchange policy?

    • We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange it for another item. Please ensure the items are unused and in their original packaging.

  • Do you offer international shipping?

    • Currently, we only offer shipping within the contiguous United States (the 48 states excluding Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship to international addresses or non-contiguous U.S. regions at this time. Please check back in the future for updates on shipping options.

  • How do I cancel or modify my order?

    • Orders can only be modified or canceled before they have been processed for shipment. If you wish to make changes or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
